International Computer Concepts, Inc, began operations in January 1996 and has a client base that spans North America with clients involved in the Manufacturing, Retail and Service industries.

Mark S. Howell, is founder and President of ICCI.  Mr. Howell has extensive experience in the business software development and systems arena.

Focusing his twelve years of successful, hands-on developmental expertise to leading the ICCI team, Mr. Howell personally directs all custom design and software enhancement projects.

ICCI ‘s primary interest is to bridge the communication void that exists in the software industry between solution providers and clients.  This void is the result of software manufacturers isolating their software engineers from their Clients in the belief that such insulation from the development process is beneficial to the Client.

At ICCI, we believe in a team approach to software development, one that involves clients working directly with our development engineers.  Clients have overwhelmingly welcomed the team concept.  This acceptance has reinforced our corporate belief in the process and solidified client relationships.
